    I don’t know if this is actual carbon fiber but regardless, it works. It is thin and rigid and as long as you pick the correct size (not sure if its possible to trim) and your shoe has sufficient space in the toe box, this eliminates foot pain – instantly! I have tried so many different insoles – some very expensive but none of them worked. With these insoles (placed underneath the ones that came with my running shoes), I can now run without pain – I wish I had known about them before. I would recommend them to anyone who has big toe joint pain when walking / running.

    I didn’t know if they’d be flimsy or not, they do bend but they’re very rigid which I like.
